BLUH_200 bundle block adjustment

In case of bigger image formations, e.g. blocks of aerial images, the calculation of the exterior orientations via a "detour" of image co-ordinate measurements with subsequent bundle block adjustment (aerial triangulation) is common. Beneath an augmentation of accuracy and the calculation of the object co-ordinates of all points, this is sometimes the only possible way if for instance only few control points are available.

IMATIE Image co-ordinate measurement

A comfortable programme for the manual measurement of image co-ordinates in up to 6 images simultaneously.
Author: Dr. Michael Braitmeier, University of Duesseldorf.

Camera calibration

To improve the accuracy, the used camera should be calibrated (radial-symmetric lens distortion, position of the image principal point, real focal length). If no calibration data are known, there exist different methods to calculate them by oneself with LISA FOTO and/or BLUH.
